Joy M's been around since history began, or in Albuquerque since 2006, if I'm not mistaken. And I may be. But when she moved here from Florida, we were
roommates (after finding out that we weren't very compatible in a relationship, that is). We now are neighbors in the same quadraplex (it's 4 apartments together in the same building for those not quite in the
know about these complicated matters).
Now, onto the photos. The one above was taken in March, 2007 in Parumph, Nevada, when I had my little Dodge Neon. It was a free stay at The New Frontier (it
was old then, and since they have blown it up...err...or down, as the case may be). I had to visit the town that Art Bell lives in. And no, I didn't find his place, but I was sort of curious where KNYE
radio was. Didn't spend much time looking and didn't find it, either.

Joy invited me on a trip to Florida in December, 2007, so I went. I got to drive nearly the whole way 'cause I wanted to make sure we got there alive and not get lost.
(Ummm...she was sort of sick, too). The photo at the top was taken in Pocahontis, Arkansas. She was standing in front of the courthouse. The others were taken in Merritt Island, Florida.
Amazing. In Florida, it was about 80º and on the way back, we encountered snow along Interstate 40 in Oklahoma and many sub-freezing temps.
