Ahhh...good Ol' Gene M. I've had some many ups and downs
with him, I'm getting motion sickness. I've known Gene since 1977, been around when he was both married and divorced, and seen him grow up a little since then. He's had some
interesting problems with his jobs, in that he's had a hard time keeping them. Probably because of his snoring and not being able to get enough sleep. Hopefully he's getting some help with that.
He's got a great family...I like all of them and consider them my extended family. I've spent quite a number of Christmas
holidays with them and it really helped me get through some sort of lonely times. It's great to have friends around at times.
The photo here was taken in 2001 at the storage warehouse that Bob and I used to have on Morningside
Drive in Albuquerque. Yes, we even had a Coke machine in it. When we gave up the warehouse (gotten
because of the popularity of the little 2-wheeled kid's scooters that we stocked hundreds of for the flea market,
plus the tail end of our liquidation business), Gene bought the Coke machine. He even moved it back to
Phoenix, of all things. What's he going to do with it? Who knows...what does he do with ANYTHING he has?
That's Gene!
